Please choose one of the following items carefully. Instead of writing a research paper like it describes, I would like you to be a little more creative! Create a more visual version of the assignment…for example make a poster, PowerPoint presentation, brochure, etc. Don’t write me a novel! Pictures are extremely important!
Use whatever program you feel most comfortable with and create a resource for you and your fellow students. Obviously the information needs to be accurate! When you create this project keep in mind your target audience….YOU! Do your best!
I know that these look a little scary when you first check them out…but just try your best! If these topics are not something you want to do, then possibly do something on any one of these:
- wood defects
- specific tools (ie. lathe)
- project based — how to make a bandsaw box
- sandpaper
- etc.
If you still can’t find a topic…smarten up…choose one!
Make a “Wood” folder on your student drive and save your files in there. If you do not have your own login…we’ll talk about that when I get back…save them on the student drive and print off a copy!
